Your satisfaction is important to us at To-Do's, so your purchase is 100% guaranteed! If for any reason you are not satisfied and wish to make a return or an exchange - please follow these instructions:

Exchanges

If you would like to make an exchange for another item, please call us at 618-656-8899 during normal business hours: Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm CST, Saturday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm CST.

Returns

  1. Securely package the item(s) to be returned.
  2. Include a copy of your original invoice, and indicate the reason for the return.
  3. Return your package to us at the address below using the mail carrier of your choice. We recommend using a carrier that provides a package tracking number.

Please Note:

  1. Shipping charges are not reimbursed.
  2. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
  3. All claims of damage or shortage must be reported within 3 days of your receipt of the shipment.
  4. We promise to process your return quickly, however due to credit card statement closing dates, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
  5. To ensure proper credit - all returns must arrive within 30 days of receipt of your original order and be shipped back unopened with all original packaging, in saleable condition.
