Is it safe to order with To-Do's?

Yes. We have made data security a top priority. What forms of payment does To-Do's accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

Does To-Do's accept purchase orders or COD orders?

No we do not accept purchase orders or COD orders.

Can I have my order shipped outside of the country?

No we do not ship outside of the United States.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are based on the subtotal amount of your order.  Please visit the "Shipping Policy" page for a better idea of your shipping costs.

How can I get free shipping on my order?

Orders with a subtotal of $100.00 or more qualify for FREE shipping.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Orders shipped within the state of Illinois will be charged sales tax on merchandise subtotal at a rate of 7.1%. If you are shipping your order to any other state no sales tax will be charged.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We generally ship all orders within 2 business days, however the occasional delay may occur. Your order will generally arrive within 6 business days after the date of shipment.

What if I need my order faster?

If you need your order faster, we may be able to help you.  Please feel free to call us at (618) 656-8899 with the date you need your order so that we can try to accomodate you.  Shipping costs will, of course, be different.  

How do I make changes to or cancel my web order?

We know you need your party supplies in a timely fashion, we understand! Our goal is to ship your Internet order as soon as possible once it has been submitted, for this reason we are unable to cancel or modify an Internet order once it has been submitted. PLEASE double check your shipping address, contact information, order and payment information before submitting your order. 

How can I receive e-mail updates?

Does To-Do's sell or give out my private information?

No. We do not give, sell or release any of your personal information including but not limited to your name, address, phone number, e-mail or credit card information.

Does To-Do's offer a product catalog?

No. At this time, To Do's does not offer a paper publication. As the needs of our customers change so does our merchandise. We are constantly updating our inventory and website to better service you and your party needs.
