Ordering InformationTerms of Sale Because we offer rapid order processing, we cannot make changes to your order, once it is submitted. Normally, we ship all orders within 2 business days. Stock is usually on hand for all the products shown in our online catalog. However, because we also operate a full fledged brick & mortar store, there may be occasions when an item is out of stock. If an item that you have ordered is not available, we will email you with options for that item - including backordering, cancelling the item, or shipping the entire order complete at a slightly later date. All orders must be prepaid prior to shipping. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Ownership of products transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. The current prices shown on this web site supersede any previous price list published. Due to market conditions, our prices may change without notice. Internet orders will NOT have sales tax added to them, unless the delivery address is located in Illinois. Orders delivered to Illinois addresses will be charged 7.1% sales tax. Orders are shipped within 2 business days from receipt of your order. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, from 10 am to 5 pm CST. Orders are not processed on weekends or National Holidays. |
